Refund Policy
Legacy Synergy Solution, LLC

Legacy Synergy Solution, LLC values transparency and fairness in all client relationships. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Consulting & Strategy Services
All consulting, strategy sessions, and advisory services (including but not limited to Starter Strategy, Growth Strategy, and Executive Strategy plans) are non-refundable once purchased. Payment secures time, preparation, and intellectual resources.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Services
Due to the nature of digital marketing, lead generation, advertising setup, and system implementation, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun or access has been provided.
Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds.

Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be forfeited without refund.
Deposits & Setup Fees
All deposits, setup fees, onboarding fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable.
Subscription & Monthly Services
Monthly services are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only at the sole discretion of Legacy Synergy Solution, LLC in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.
No Guarantees
Legacy Synergy Solution, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or performance results. Refunds will not be issued based on results, performance expectations, or business outcomes.
